Afvalzorg actively participated in the ‘royal’ Dutch Trade Mission to Indonesia with the Dutch King and Queen and several ministers from Indonesia and the Netherlands last week. A highlight for us during this mission was the signing of a letter of intent (LOi) between Afvalzorg, BreAd BV and Indonesian based company Waste4Change. Our companies will intensively collaborate on the following:
1. Improve landfill management practices and reduce the negative impact of landfills to the environment in Indonesia;
2. Implement waste management masterplanning at municipalities;
3. Upscaling organic waste #treatment by using Black Soldier Fly larvae.
We are highly committed and motivated and very much looking forward to make a significant contribution to improve waste management in Indonesia.
